Information:

This is the first album I made. The first song is Scatology. It's very minimalistic as it only has few melodies.

After this, we hear "Ichi Ni San.... Go!". It's not only a good party song, but a cover of Scatman John's "Ichi Ni San.... Go!".

The next song is Dream. I did a good job with making it sound dreamy. Nightmare is the complete opposite of Dreams. The ambients noises sound like as if a monster is trying to chase you. At the end, all these noises play at the same time making you wake up from this nightmare.

My second cover of this album is Trans Europe Express. Kraftwerk is the composer of this song and this is the first KW song I covered. I did a good job again. Only the instruments sound very different from the original and rather cheap.

The good performance didn't last long. I got a cold during the recording and I didn't have the energy to record more difficult songs. An idea of combining Scatman John's music style and Kraftwerk's music style on a track had to be kept for the next album. So, I did Nightmare and Zombie. I got positive critics from a YT user. He said, it fitted very well to my emotions when I was ill. It really does! I can hear the reflection of my depression I got from the cold.

Most listeners of my music think that "Melodies from Childhood" was my first album where I used melodies I remember from my childhood as an inspiration. That's wrong! The melody of Zombie was actually made by a close person.

In "Go San Ni... Ichi!", I wanted to try something new. Something that nobody did yet. I reversed the song, but not exactly. I only reversed the sequence patterns which is the highlight of this song.

Ichi Ni San.... Go! 2 is kinda a reprise, but with altered melodies.

Last but not least, "S stands for..." and "Scat Granate!". Yes, they are about my stage name "Scat Granate". The reprise "Scat Granate" has a key change, but I did a miserable mistake. Sometimes, the bass doesn't fit to the key. I don't know if it's only me who thinks that, but I will definitely change it when I remaster my albums one day.

The bonus tracks are just unoriginal songs. I stil wanted to include them because it would be a pity to take effort producing them for nothing.

In conclusion, the album is more about experimenting with pieces from other artists by altering them heavily instead of creating from one's own mind and using the inspiration from other people's creations only as a tiny supplement which I did in later albums and of which I'm more satisfied about.
